E-shop creation, content strategies, and photography
Dualvit.cz
Starting from scratch. Alongside giants.
But going full throttle!
The Challenge: Holding your own alongside Aktin and GymBeam
The dietary supplement market is crowded, tough, and unforgiving. Nevertheless, we decided to enter it—with a new brand, no community, and no familiar faces. Our goal? To prove that even a small brand can shake things up. And that the courage to start counts—both at the gym and in business.
Strategy: A brand for anyone who has the courage to start
Dualvit isn’t just about vitamins. It’s about mindset. We communicate for those who don’t run marathons, but run for the tram. For those who want to live better—but on their own terms. The visual style is clean and fresh. The content? Truthful, understandable, without fitness clichés.
How we approached the UX project
The Dualvit e-shop runs on WooCommerce. From the outset, we focused on two aspects of UX:
-
UX for the client (e-shop administrator):
We wanted the Dualvitu team to be able to independently and flexibly manage the content and appearance of their unique website. That’s why we designed an editing system based on clear components that allow them to quickly create new landing pages, change banners, or edit content without the need for programming. -
UX for the customer (shopper):
The goal was to make shopping simple and trustworthy. The website offers all the standards of a modern e-shop – from a clear shopping cart, to a pop-up with a discount on the first purchase, to automatic benefits such as free shipping or a gift for purchases over a certain amount. The system also includes complete management of orders, user accounts, and other features, making it a full-fledged solution.
The project is also an example of how a functional and sustainable e-commerce solution can be created even with a limited budget. We had to be efficient, so we focused on what would bring the greatest benefit to both customers and clients, without unnecessary complications.
What we are proud of
We treated the project as our own startup—we didn’t look for excuses in the budget or competition, but sought solutions. We built a full-fledged e-shop on WooCommerce, set up campaigns, UGC, and a content strategy. And even though the results are not yet what we dreamed of, we are moving one step further every day.
We are particularly proud that, despite limited resources, we were able to create a functional and sustainable solution that continues to evolve. And great credit goes to our client Roman Polášek—for having the courage to go for it, the patience when things got tough, and the motivation to keep going where others would have given up after a few months.
A brand that inspires.
We’re not done yet. We’re guided by our test backlog (CRO, messaging, packages), feedback from customer support, and data from analysis. The results aren’t where we want them to be yet, but every week we’re moving the website, communication, and offer a little bit further.
