Creation and management of an e-shop

Summary
We began working with Radomil Vašík, founder of Ironwarriors.cz, right at the start of his project. At that time, he needed to create a small website where he could present his online training courses and his story. We used a WordPress template and created the initial website for CZK 25,000.
Over time, the client found that a website created using a template was no longer sufficient. We therefore proposed a solution in the form of a customized e-shop design with complete e-commerce functionality. This is how Ironwarriors.cz was born: an e-shop and design website in one.
We continue to work together and take care of the e-shop. Proof of this is the recent audit of the e-shop, which improved page loading speed, improved SEO ratings in search engines, made the UX more pleasant for visitors, and secured the website for another year or two.
About the client
Radek Vašík, strength and conditioning coach and founder of the Iron Warriors Powerlifting Club, is behind the entire Ironwarriors.cz project. His goal is to help athletes who have embarked on the path of strength training. During his career, he has trained nearly 300 athletes, not only in powerlifting, but also in bodybuilding, CrossFit, rugby, Muay Thai, boxing, BMX, and four-cross.
Radek holds several national records and has also achieved international rankings. He is currently one of the most famous influencers in the field of strength training in the Czech Republic. His e-shop provides information about training, offers personalized training programs, online coaching, and merchandising.
Our mission
At the beginning of our collaboration in 2017, our task was to create a simple, functional website at the lowest possible cost. Here, we saw once again that if you put your heart and soul into a collaboration, the client grows and, over time, so do their needs.
This year, we therefore agreed to redesign the website and develop an e-shop solution that will enable them to increase their sales and the number of regular customers. We set about developing the solution.
How we helped
Once again, the proven combination of a WordPress website and the WooCommerce e-shop module has proven its worth. WordPress provides space for custom graphics, allows for a clear presentation of products and services, and shares the brand story. WooCommerce takes care of the e-shop part.
The Result
We have completed the website and continue to participate in improving and innovating Radek’s online business. The most important thing for us is that Radek was satisfied with the results and outputs that the new website brought him. We are particularly pleased with Radek’s success because his business, like what we do at MarketSoul, involves a lot of hard work and soul.
