01. Summary

Our 50th website for a successful car dealership - Autocentrum Lukáš. We successfully created a design that helped the Auto Lukáš be superior to its competitors and to make its information about provided vehicles much more accessible for its customers. The website is connected to the Škoda Plus system from which data is imported into the used vehicles section.

02. About the client

Autocentrum Lukáš is an authorized retailer and maintenance service provider for Škoda, Kia, VW, and Citroen vehicles. Their quality service has been available to its customers for the last 15 years.

03. Our task

The biggest challenge during the whole website creation process was to make everything, from car selection, wide service offer, to service orders, much simpler and better arranged. On the other side, we needed to keep in mind the needs of our client and his employees. The goal was to create a simple way to enter offered vehicles and also allow easy editing of the content throughout the website. Another challenge was a visual unity of all car brands in consideration of their strict branding manuals. Last but not least, we were challenged by connecting the website into the Škoda plus system.

After launch, we needed to start with social networks management, the company’s Facebook profile in particular - https://www.facebook.com/Autocentrum-lukas/. We are currently filling the Facebook page with the offer of new and used vehicles but also entertain its users with competitions, invitations or with pictures taken on different events.

04. Obstacles

  • The wide offer of services provided by Auto Lukáš including new, used or in-store vehicles, operating lease, maintenance services and many more.
  • Strict branding manuals and visual requirements of individual car-manufacturer that had to be followed.
  • Obtaining a complete database of vehicles and its adjustment in a way that would maintain the unified visual style of the website.

05. How we helped

All customers visiting the Autocentrum Lukáš website are able to quickly, easily and intuitively find the required information about vehicles they are interested in. The structure and website navigation is, even with the wide offer of services and vehicles, fast and simple, which has been confirmed through received feedback. Employees of the Autocentrum Lukáš praise the simplicity of the admin interface, mainly the automation of overwriting of data from Škoda Plus system in the used vehicles section.

06. Results

After some time, Autocentrum Lukáš finally has a website designed in a modern way, attractive to customers, with the ability to present its wide offer of vehicles and services. Nevertheless, the new, sophisticated website is not our stop sign.

We installed a measuring script through which we are able to have a complex overview of the website. Besides a usual counting of the number of visitors, we focus on monitoring the movement of users on the website, as well as their behavior. We constantly analyze our results and adjust the online marketing activity, such as Facebook promotion, to it.
