Tomas Arsov – websites, e-shop and PPC campaigns

01. Summary

We provide the Tomas Arsov brand with complex consulting service, as well as with a complete realization of a new website with WooCommerce e-shop platform, and with an online marketing strategy and visual style setup. We created the packaging design of a new product line of Tomáš Arsov shampoos, we did our own photo shoot of the beauty salon and helped with copywriting. In the long-term, we are managing his Facebook and Google campaigns.

02. About the client

The Tomas Arsov Hair & Beauty Institute is one of the top hair salons and beauty salons in the Czech Republic. This is the result of hard work and endurance of Tomáš himself, who is now regularly appearing in television shows, most everyone knows him and is a regular participant of the largest styling events in Europe. In his salon, he has cut hair of many celebrities, i.e. Dagmar Havlová, Zlata Adamovská or Dana Morávková. Tomáš is currently entering the market with his new product line Tomáš Arsov Hair Care hair cosmetics for both men and women.

03. Our task

After our long collaboration, aiding with smaller PPC Facebook campaigns, websites management and different visuals creation, we agreed on designing a complex online marketing strategy covering the overall redesign of the old website, e-shop implementation, graphic design of 250 ml, 1000 ml and 10 ml product packaging of new hair-care cosmetic and a photo shoot of the salon in all its glory. Our goal was to present the Tomáš Arsov brand in a new, fresh light, increase the awareness and boost sales Hair Care products, to set-up a friendly tone-of-voice communication and initiate performance-based campaigns on Facebook, Google - remarketing included.

04. Obstacles

  • Insufficient amount of text and photography content for the friendly tone of communication setup of the new website.
  • Setting up the e-shop for a real operation.
  • Communication and an insufficient amount of information from the product packaging producer for new hair cosmetics, and technical and visual parameters coordination.

05. How we helped

Before creating the website and e-shop design, we managed to secure a photographer and do a professional photo shoot of the fully-operating salon with the aim of a realistic display of the friendly atmosphere and professionality of salon services. Those photos determined our visual style, later used for the new website and e-shop design. During the programming phase, we finished the graphic layout of new Hair Care products lineup and headed to do preparation of campaigns that are currently operating in full swing. In PPC campaigns, we obviously focus on price:performance ration and keep a required rate of efficiency.

06. Results

The photo shoot took only one day, without interrupting the salon daily operation or consuming any time of our client. Photos were ready by next week, including postproduction. A new website was completely ready in two months time, together with WooCommerce implementation for e-shop functionality. Ready to launch, we only waited to the conclusion of payment gateway and hauler agreements.
