From zero to star of electromobility

At the beginning of 2023, we were approached by SWS from Slušovice with a request to launch a new star in the field of electric motorcycles and scooters. The goal was to create a completely new electric mobility brand that would appeal to the Czech market and capture a significant share of the electric motorcycle sales market.

The first step? A detailed market analysis and the creation of a strong, memorable brand identity. On this basis, we built a comprehensive marketing strategy for a successful market entry.

Full throttle start

Our journey with ViaGo began with brainstorming, where the initial ideas for the name and logo were born. These key elements became the solid foundation for the entire project. What did we create for ViaGo?

  • Brand strategy and communication
    We clearly defined who we are addressing, what we want to communicate, and how we will present our products. Every detail was thought out to resonate with our target audience.
  • Photography and videography
    We captured electric motorcycles both in a dynamic urban environment and in the studio. These images now adorn the e-shop, product materials, social networks, and offline campaigns.
  • Strong branding and content
    Our goal was not only to create a logo design, but an overall identity that would give each motorcycle a soul. From graphics and content to community building, we created a brand that speaks the language of its audience.

We captured the electric motorcycles both in a dynamic urban environment and in the studio. Wanting to maintain an economical approach, we focused on the effective use of available resources. Thanks to high-quality photographs and thoughtful composition, we were able to create content that not only presented the products beautifully, but also added to the brand’s prestige. These images now adorn the e-shop, product materials, social networks, and offline campaigns. With minimal graphic editing and an emphasis on naturalness, we achieved results that underscore the modern and dynamic character of the ViaGo brand.

PPC campaigns

Based on market analysis, we set up PPC campaigns that achieved excellent results, considering that it was a completely new brand and a highly competitive environment. The combination of paid ads and organic content attracted customers across all platforms. Our campaigns were targeted at a specific audience, which allowed us to achieve an excellent cost-per-order ratio and increase brand awareness. Thanks to our performance strategy, the e-shop generated nearly CZK 1 million per month during the peak season with a PNO of 16%. The result was not only higher traffic to the e-shop, but also a significant increase in sales during the peak season.

A brand on the rise

During its first year, the ViaGo brand became a visible player in the field of electromobility. We took care of:

  • Social media management
    We created engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, where we regularly shared information and entertainment. Each post was designed to attract new customers and build trust with existing ones. Our content strategy also included long-term planning of posts focused on education, entertainment, and audience engagement. The result was significantly higher interaction and an increase in followers of more than 35% during the first year.
  • Events and exhibitions
    With ViaGo, we regularly participated in events such as motorcycle exhibitions, stands in front of shopping centers, and test drives.
  • Creating campaigns and contests
    Creative tailor-made campaigns aimed at building brand awareness and increasing sales with reasonable PNO.

We'll see what happens with the brand next

ViaGo is proof that when creativity, strategic thinking, and hard work come together, a brand is created that has the chance to shine. Our collaboration shows that every detail matters. Together with ViaGo, we have created not only a brand, but the entire story of electromobility on the Czech market.

We no longer work for SWS, as the company was acquired by the ALSO Group holding company in 2024. The new management decided not to develop these smaller side projects any further for the time being. Nevertheless, we are proud of our work, and the turnover we achieved shows that the brand had enormous potential.
