The challenge
Heureka needed a modern, fast and secure careers website for several markets at once. The design was prepared by our partner agency Justmighty; we were responsible for the complete development, integrations and technical fine-tuning.
This was one of our largest development projects – an ambitious deadline, a headless architecture and a demanding integration with the Recruitis system.
Two months to deliver. Challenge accepted.
A future-proof solution: WordPress decoupled from the front-end for maximum performance
We built the Heureka careers website on a timeless architecture, where WordPress serves purely as the administration system (back-end) and the front-end itself is generated and distributed via a fast CDN. Both run on dedicated servers, which gives us full control over performance and security.
For the visitor, this means one thing: content loads lightning fast and the browser only receives what it actually needs at any given moment.
The result?
An extremely fast, stable and secure website that effortlessly handles operation across regions, language versions and high loads.

Modular administration, where pages are assembled like Lego
We created an advanced modular administration based on a combination of Gutenberg blocks and ACF fields. This lets the client assemble individual sections and content blocks with complete flexibility – much like Lego. The individual parts of the website are fully customizable, clearly arranged and ready for future expansion without any need for developer intervention.
Integration with Recruitis
A major part of the project was a robust integration of the Recruitis recruitment system:
- synchronization of positions via API
- automatic display based on the selected language
- smart filtering (fields, cities)
- connection to forms and conversion tracking
A technically demanding part, but thanks to our clean headless stack the integration works fast, reliably and without compromise.
