Social-First Marketing, Content Production & Performance
Papafood
Who is PapaFood?
(and why we love working with them)
From meal boxes to a lifestyle
PapaFood does something that sounds simple, but in reality solves the everyday struggle of hundreds of thousands of people: it cooks ready-made, balanced and, most importantly, tasty meals for people who do not want to deal with the question “what are we going to eat?” every single day.
It is not a dry diet plan or a sterile nutrition clinic. PapaFood is a partner for real life – it saves time, helps people stay on track and proves that healthy food does not have to taste like punishment.
And that is exactly why we enjoy this collaboration. When we started working together, we had a clear goal: to move PapaFood from an influencer brand to a brand with a deeper meaning. From meal boxes to a lifestyle that tastes good and works.
The project goal
To build a complete marketing ecosystem around PapaFood — from social media content and in-house photo and video production to performance campaigns and an e-shop that actually sells. One brand. One team. One direction.
Regular photography and video production
Good content needs good material. That is why we regularly shoot photos and videos for PapaFood – meals, situations, people and atmosphere. No stock photos. No generic visuals. Thanks to regular production, we always have a fresh supply of content for:
- Food photography – food that looks as good as it tastes
- Short videos, reels and shorts – the formats with the strongest performance
- UGC and scripted videos – human, believable content for social media and remarketing
- Assets for the e-shop and campaigns – one production day, content used across all channels

“Authentic content that tastes good even in the feed.”
Performance creative and PPC
Beautiful content is the foundation – but we also want the brand to make money. That is why, alongside brand communication, we build a performance layer: creative that sells and campaigns that we measure in detail.
What we do for PapaFood:
- Performance creative – reels and static banners designed specifically for performance campaigns, not just “to look nice”
- Google Ads management – from capturing existing demand to remarketing
- Social media campaigns – optimized for real conversions, not likes
- Analytics and measurement – correctly set up tracking is the foundation of every decision
- Regular reporting – clear numbers, clear conclusions, a clear next step
We approach seasonal campaigns in a way that helps PapaFood stand out from the competition – instead of obvious “summer body” messages, we build communication around smart, memorable concepts.
This part falls under our PPC campaigns and analytics and visual identity and graphic design.
An e-shop that sells
Marketing brings people to the website – but the decision happens on the e-shop. That is why we got involved there as well. We started with a UX analysis (which we also prepared for PapaFood) – looking at where people hesitate, where they leave and what they need in order to buy. Based on the data, we then designed and fine-tuned a Shoptet e-shop:
- Custom subpage design – not boring templates, but pages built around customer behaviour
- Tailored copywriting – copy that guides people towards purchase and speaks the brand’s language
- A refined customer journey – from the first impression to the order

The result is an e-shop that not only looks good, but above all gives customers a clear reason and an easy path to purchase.
We build and fine-tune custom e-shops – from Shoptet to headless solutions.
